Petroleo, ¿recurso natural o beneficio personal?
Papi, ¿por qué se llevan algo que nos pertenece? Esa es la pregunta que un niño le pregunta a su padre en el momento en el que una empresa multinacional encargada en la explotación de bolsas de petróleo y su gestión acuerda con el Gobierno en el poder, el traspaso de competencias para la extracción de tan preciado recurso natural en la actualidad.
El niño está mal vestido, hace varios días que no se ducha porque a su casa no le llega agua. Por tanto, al no poder abrir el grifo y esperar a que salga agua por el mismo, como ocurre en los países “enriquecidos”, se encuentra mal nutrido a consecuencia de que la madre no puede cocinar. Sus labios, resecos por el calor, entre otras cosas; su cuerpo necesita agua, como cualquier ser humano. El niño no puede realizar una acción tan cotidiana para nosotros como es beber agua simplemente porque la poca agua que llega es no potable. No obstante, aún con todas las condiciones que juegan en su contra, no comprende lo que está viendo.
Por otro lado, el padre no tiene respuesta para la pregunta de su hijo. Sólo tiene lágrimas para expresar que le están arrebatando algo de la tierra en la que viven. Y no puede hacer nada. Sólo resignarse e intentar darle oportunidades a su hijo que a él, por diversas circunstancias no pudo disfrutarlas.
Esta breve historia, si es contada en un país rico ¿Qué diríamos? No hay derecho. No es justo. Deben ser juzgados por ladrones. Pero ¿y si decimos que el causante de todo esto es Repsol, Gas Natural, por ejemplo, y que dicha materia prima es el petróleo? ¿Las respuestas serían las mismas? Me parece a mí que no. La justificación que darían al respecto serían: “eso debe hacerse, si no ¿Quién lo haría? ¿Cómo llenaríamos el depósito de nuestros automóviles?”. A mi parecer, esto último ocurre (¿me equivoco?) y, cuanto menos, me parece curioso. ¿A ustedes no?
2009. Evo Morales nacionaliza la petrolera Chaco. ¿Qué significa? Quiere decir la gestión y explotación del petróleo pasa a manos del Estado. En países como Bolivia y Venezuela ya están cambiando las cosas. Para bien, según estos países y para mal desde la óptica de las empresas perjudicadas. No obstante, las noticias que leemos en los principales medios de comunicación, también conocidos como “de masas”, son diferentes. En el diario “El País”, por ejemplo, perteneciente al grupo Prisa y con intereses económicos en ambos países, aparece el siguiente titular: Venezuela, atada al petróleo. La caída de los precios del crudo augura un año difícil (http://www.elpais.com/articulo/economia/Venezuela/atada/petroleo/elpepuintlat/20090125elpnegeco_1/Tes). Esto aparece debido a que el petróleo está en manos del Estado.
El accionista que dejó de serlo en las petroleras afectadas por el intervencionismo estatal sigue siéndolo en grandes medios de comunicación y no ha invertido cientos o miles de millones en comprar las acciones en susodichos medios para adoptar una postura equidistante ante tales acontecimientos. Aunque se puede entender desde un punto de vista más específico, hay que alejar la lupa para ver el problema de forma global. Estos señores que defienden lo que ellos denominan sus “privilegios naturales” y que, como se ha dicho, han invertido mucho dinero para llegar a ser magnates de mass media, no van a permitir, desde su trinchera, que lleguen al poder gobiernos que puedan poner en jaque sus intereses. Por esto deben realizar una guerra mediática de criminalización y tergiversación de la realidad de aquellos que osen enfrentarse a ellos mediante reformas que antepongan el bienestar de la mayoría al suyo. Su mérito es conseguir influir en las actitudes de la gente hacia gobiernos de izquierdas para que no cunda el ejemplo en otros países o que no cunda en ese país de forma tan rápida. Su quimera no es otra cosa que contra los que desde el poder pretenden subirles los impuestos, nacionalizar las grandes empresas de las que son accionistas, redistribuir las miles de hectáreas que tienen ociosas mediante la reforma agraria… Y con el dinero que darán tales acciones al Estado se podrá financiar un sistema de sanidad, educación, pensiones, becas público y universal… No sólo esto, sino que en el caso de los recursos naturales, la gente será la beneficiaria de la gestión y utilización de éstos y se establecerá la soberanía nacional. El petróleo, gas, agua, minerales… será del país y de la sociedad (representada por el Estado) y no de un puñado de familias que vivirán en la opulencia mientras saquean los recursos de todos.
Para ejemplificar y ser más diáfanos: imaginemos una empresa petrolera que está en manos privadas y que extrae 500.000 barriles diarios (suponemos a la baja) si el barril de petróleo está a 100 dólares, supondrá una cantidad diaria de 50 millones de dólares diarios cuyo beneficio neto irá a las manos de los accionistas de ésta. Si esta empresa es nacionalizada y pasa a ser propiedad del Estado, esa cuantía que antes hacia opulentos a unos pocos, irá al Estado y servirá para dar cobertura a políticas sociales como las que se han realizado en Bolivia tras las nacionalizaciones que ha llevado a cabo el Ejecutivo presidido por Evo. Los trabajadores que antes soportaban condiciones de esclavitud ahora pasan a ser funcionarios, a gozar de una jornada de 8 h diarias, de vacaciones pagadas… Y todo esto llevando a cabo una gestión dentro del desarrollo sostenible y el respeto al medio ambiente que no se hacía bajo gestión privada, que sólo buscaba sacar el máximo beneficio posible a costa de precariedad laboral, contaminación, expoliación… Los ejemplos de programas financiados con la partida de dinero que ingresan las arcas públicas son: liberar a Bolivia del analfabetismo, los programas de sanidad pública y sobre todo atención primaria a poblaciones indígenas (durante siglos oprimidas y eliminadas físicamente en su país por la minoría blanca colonizadora), el programa de Juancito Pinto que supone una beca para escolarizar a los niños, la renta dignidad una bonificación a los ancianos que no tenían ningún tipo de pensión…
Hace pocos días, el pueblo boliviano ha aprobado la nueva Constitución Boliviana. Existen muchos aspectos relevantes del documento. Entre ellos, se reconoce con igual jerarquía las autonomías departamental, provincial, territorial indígena y municipal que ya existe. El texto constitucional reconoce tres tipos de democracia: la representativa, la directa y la comunitaria, y asimismo establece una articulación entre la justicia ordinaria, de matriz occidental, y la justicia comunitaria, con equivalencia entre hombres y mujeres (artículo 11).
Dada la existencia precolonial de las naciones y pueblos indígena originario campesinos y su dominio ancestral sobre sus territorios, se garantiza su libre determinación en el marco de la unidad del Estado, que consiste en su derecho a la autonomía, al autogobierno, a su cultura, al reconocimiento de sus instituciones y a la consolidación de sus entidades territoriales, conforme a esta Constitución y la ley (véase art. 2).
El texto básico del estado boliviano ha recibido el respaldo del 62 % de los votantes. Aún así estos medios de masas insisten en decir que no recibió el respaldo esperado por el gobierno de Evo Morales, de un 67%. Para los ricos de Bolivia, no ayuda las heridas que están abiertas sino que profundizará la confrontación. ¿Confrontación? ¿Por qué? Si la mayoría de la población ha optado por una opción, aquellos que se han decantado por la otra deben respetar la opción mayoritaria. ¿En eso consiste la democracia verdad? Por ello, ¿Por qué se va a ahondar en el choque directo de intereses?
Esos mismos enarbolan la constitución española como ejemplo de “consenso” de “madurez política de la sociedad española” de “democracia” (cuyo Jefe de Estado es un rey elegido a dedo por un dictador que llegó al poder gracias a la ayuda militar de Hitler y Mussolini) pero no tienen en cuenta que, siendo objetivos, no utilizando dos varas de medir –como ellos hacen- la constitución española recibió menos respaldo que la boliviana (un 4% menos) y una mayor abstención. Ahí están las pruebas de la doble moral de los accionistas de los mass media y de los que se oponen a estos gobiernos verdaderamente democráticos.

Оно то все так, но как по мне если есть посетители на сайтов, то есть и комментарии, т.к. каждый хочет принят участие в обсуждении той или иной темы, тем самым засветиться в кругу блогеров, так что считаю количество комментариев прямопропорционально зависит от количества посетителей,.. ну не берем спам естественно

Дизайн блога всетаки имеет значение, и вот как не крути, но даже с физиологичской точки зрения приятнее читать текст на белом фоне, окруженный каким-то приятным контуром. Конечно, яркость нужна, но ведь человек приходит на сайт не ради того, чтобы провести здесь 5 секунд, он ведь хочет почитать что-то - кто новенькое, кто комментарии к блогам просмотреть. Я вот тоже иногда из-за комментариев возвращаюсь. чтобы глянуть чего народ там нацедил. Бывают так тему разовьют, что жесть получается. Заболтался. Сорри. пока.

Я, как человек не молодой, очень редко пользовался блогами, считая их бесполезными, но теперь я напрочь изменил своё мнение, посетив этот замечательный блог. Во-первых, понравился доступный интерфейс и удобная навигация, во-вторых - огромное количество полезной информации, которая мне пригодится по профессии наверняка. Теперь буду значительно чаще заходить на блоги, а данный добавлю в закладки для удобства. Отзывов насобиралось также достаточное количество, что и свидетельствует о прекрасной администрации. Большое спасибо что открыли мне глаза. Буду вашим постоянным удовлетворённым посетителем.

Мой сайт вчера добавили Яндекс Каталог. Это здорово, я вот сел и специально пару десятков страниц его пролистал. Пурга редкая, у меня даже вопросы возникли не по знакомству ли туда добавляют. Нет, я знаю о том, что за денежу можно оперативно добавиться. Но ведь не платят же общество любителей волнистых попугайчиков. Я не шучу, оно там правда есть. Жесть. Вообщем для себя принял решение все свои проекты попробывать в Яка добавить. Вам тоже рекомендую, сайт хороший, я уже видел где-то что Вам об этом говорили в комментариях.

Воспользоваться услугами данного блога мне посоветовали друзья, которые ещё давно поняли его информативность. С тех пор я каждый день захожу сюда с целью узнать как можно больше информации по моей любимой тематике. Стоит заметить, что вся информация на сайте размещена удобным для пользователя образом. Тематики подобных сайтов меня притягивали с давних пор, но сейчас я понял что нет смысла тратить время на поиски необходимой информации, если всё уже собрано в одном блоге. Думаю, что один из главных способов - провокация. Сказал что-то чуть категоричнее чем нужно (и чуть неправильнее) - кто-то обязательно не выдержит, поправит. Кстати, люди начинают активно комментировать, когда авторитет у блога уже есть и посещаемость какая-то…

Долго искал блог на подобную тематику и наконец нашёл. Удивительно что раньше я не знал о его существовании, ведь с давних пор занимался вещами такого рода. Порадовало, конечно, наличие полезной информации лично для меня и я абсолютно согласен со всеми остальными людьми, оставившие свои комментарии в данном блоге. Удобная навигация, думаю, также многих порадовало. Хотелось бы и себе замутить такой блог, да нет время, поэтому легче пользоваться этим блогом. Администратор блога – молодец. Так держать! Добрый день всем посетителям этого прекрасного блога. Хочу внести и свой вклад в целую историю положительных отзывов. Как и все остальные пользователи этого блога, я полностью доволен абсолютно всем (что бывает довольно редко, т.к. по профессии я педагог). Скорость работы, навигация, условно понятый интерфейс и целое море положительной информации – моя любимая обстановка. Доброе время суток! Сегодня, пользуясь дружественным дизайном этого блога, открыл для себя большое количество доселе неизвестных вещей. Можно сказать, что я существенно отстал в данной тематике в виду её постоянного развития, но всё же блог мне напомнил о многом и открыл новую, можно даже сказать, таинственную информацию. Раньше я часто пользовался информацией подобных блогов, но в последнее время настолько сильно зарапортовался, что нет времени даже зайти в аську… что говорить уже о блогах… Но всё равно спасибо создателям. Блог очень полезный и смышлёный.

Странно видеть, что люди остаются безучастными к проблеме. Возможно, это имеет связи с мировым экономическим кризисом. Хотя, конечно, однозначно сказать тяжело. Я сам думал несколько минут прежде, чем написать эти несколько слов. Кто виноват и что делать - это извечная наша проблема, помоему об этом еще Достоевский говорил.

Создание такого блога, как у Вас, конечно, потребовало много времени. Я уже много раз брался за эту работу, даже место покупал для размещения, но вот с популрностью. Привет всем. Хочу также выразить глубокую благодарность людям, которые создали этот познавательный блог. Я поражён тем, что столько времени не пользовался им. Уже более недели не могу оторваться от огромного количества невероятно полезной информации. Сейчас рекомендую этот блог своим друзьям, чего советую и вам. Хотя и нашёл случайно ваш блог, но уже сразу понял, что останусь тут надолго. Интуитивно понятый интерфейс – главная заслуга для меня, т.к. моя специальность не требует больших знаний персонального компьютера и знаю основы работы лишь поверхностно.

Много времени я потратил на поиски хорошего блога сходной тематики, но многие из них не устраивали меня отсутствием или недостатком информации, глупыми интерфейсами и прочим. Сейчас я нашёл что хотел и решил внести свой комментарий. Хотелось бы, уважаемые господа администраторы, чтоб ваш блог и далее развивался таким темпом, количество людей неуклонно росло, а страниц становилось всё больше и больше. Разрешите узнать у Вас, где Вы регистрировали свой домен. Можно на почту, что указал здесь. Может быть посоветуете сразу, где лучше регистрировать RUшные и неРУшные домены. Лучше - не в смысле дешевле, а в плане надёжности. Чтобы не было потом проблем при продлении домена.
Почему спршиваю - регистрировал домены у InterNetX/PSI-USA, вроде вполне неплохая забугорная контора. А вот пришло время продлевать, а у них интерефейс целую неделю не функционировал, и ни ответа ни привета от саппорта.

Привет вам,друзья мои. Наконец-то всем нам продемонстрировали эмблему надвигающейся в 2014 году Олимпиады, и я конечно не могу себе отказать в удовольствии нафлудить тут у Вас…
А может не так уж он и плох? 
Итак, буквально по всем каналам прокатилось данное известие, как подобает, с наивысшей степенью ПиаРа. Сам президент показал нам логотипчик, замутили пресс-конференцию, на Первом забабахали концерт, ну и конечно, рекламные ролики о нашей необыкновенной Олимпиаде.
Тем самым как то на второстепенный план отошла сама картинка, что будет красоваться на флагах, шарфиках, и прочей сувенирной продукции через 4 года. А хотелось бы приглядеться к ней по-внимательнее. Откровенно говоря, когда увидел, был мягко говоря разочарован. Сразу всплыла в голове такая картина: сидят значит наши организаторы Олимпиады, и тут один вскакивает с дивана и кричит “мужыки, нам ведь завтра эмблему в Олимпийский коммитет надо отсылать”. Начинается кипиш, но не долго думая наши функционеры садятся за ближайший комп, набирают незамысловатым шрифтом фразу Sochi2014 (конечно же по английски) добавляют банальное .RU А чтобы не заморачиваться с графикой, в Гугле находят олимпийские кольца и впихивают их рядом с этой надписью в фотошопе
Ребят, просто нет слов! Всё могу понять: кольца, название города, год проведения, но где тут изюминка??? та, чтобы цепляла. Где нестандартные дизайнерские решения? Взять к примеру лого той же прошедшей Олимпиады 2006 года в Турине, где изображен силуэт “Моле-Антонеллины”, который нельзя перепутать ни с чем. Он плавно переходит в изображение горы, окруженной кристалликами льда, на которой снег сливается с небом. Кристаллики переплетаются между собой, образовывая сеть: сеть новых технологий и вечного Олимпийского единства.
Я вот совсем не понимаю, зачем нам нужно это .RU Посещаемость сайта решили повысить? так я думаю он и без эмблемы имел бы посетителей. К тому же официальный сайт олимпиады будет на английском и явно не в зоне RU. Да и вообще на фоне продвижения государством доменной зоны RF, как то уже начинаешь привыкать к мысли что зона RU вскоре станет “устаревшей” чтоли, а то и вообще сгинет как пережиток прошлого..
ЗЫ То ли ещё будет, весной талисман нужно миру показывать..

Товарищи, ну сколько можно уже праздновать!? Уже как-то поднадоели эти праздники, наверное правы были те, кто советовал куда-нибудь ехать, а не ерундой страдать все 10 дней. Отошли от доедания и допивания, смотались на природу, пожарили курочку на гриле, покатались на сноуборде, поиграли в боулинг, в кинотеатре поглядели Чёрную Молнию, покатались с горок на ватрушках, в гости к родителям съездила. Сегодня утром проснулась и поняла, что впереди ещё 5 дней отдыха. Чем заняться ещё, уже ума не приложу. Кто вообще чем занимается в этот мини-отпуск, поделитесь со мной идеями.
ЗЫ И правда говорят, что десять дней отдыха - это удар, но не только по экономике страны, но и про нам самим)))

А у меня котёнок заболел((( Колибактериоз, ему 3 недели всего. Я так переживаю, слов нет. Сама ветеринар, и представляю к чему может данная болячка привести.

Заметила странную тенденцию. Как только наступает весна,настоящая такая весна, с тёплым солнышком, щебетаньем птичек и началом расцвета природы, немалое количество моих друзей и знакомых впадают в депрессию. Самое настоящее весеннее обострение у многих, причём как у парней, так и у девушек. Как это объяснить?
